Knowverse (the “Company”) complies with applicable privacy laws and securely manages personal information processed through inquiries.
1. Personal Information Collected and Purpose

Our social media account @seohyun1107 is an AI character account operated by Knowverse and is not a real person. We do not sell or share Meta Threads data, build user profiles, target advertising, or make eligibility decisions (such as employment or credit) with it, in accordance with the Meta Platform Terms. See Data Deletion for how to request deletion of Meta Threads data.
You may decline to provide personal information, but required information is necessary to submit an inquiry. Information is deleted without delay after the retention period or purpose ends unless applicable law requires otherwise.
2. Provision to Third Parties
The Company does not provide personal information to third parties without consent or another legal basis.
3. Processing Services and International Transfer
The Company's servers and databases run on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (Japan region), so the personal data the Company processes — including member, inquiry, and payment data — is stored on servers located in Japan. Personal data is transferred internationally as set out below.

In addition, the Company uses Amazon Web Services, Inc. (Seoul region, within Korea) to back up service data. If you do not consent to international transfer, contact the privacy representative below instead of using the inquiry form. To request deletion of Meta Threads data, see Data Deletion.
4. Your Rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, or suspension of processing. The Company will verify your identity and respond promptly under applicable law. To request deletion of data processed through Meta Threads, follow the steps on the Data Deletion page.
5. Security Measures
The Company applies technical and administrative safeguards, including access controls, encryption in transit, and separate storage of secret keys.

7. Policy Changes
Changes resulting from laws or services will be announced on this page. This version (effective September 15, 2026) adds the processing of our Meta Threads account operation, consignment to AI text-generation APIs and to a backup storage provider, and the international transfer arising from server hosting on Oracle Cloud (Japan). The prior version is kept at the archived copy.
