Data Deletion
This page explains how to request deletion of data processed by Knowverse (the "Company") through MyThreadsPoster, the application the Company operates with Meta's Threads API, and its related services. All other personal-data processing (account signup, inquiries, payments, and so on) is governed by our Privacy Policy.
1. Data We Process
To operate our social media account @seohyun1107 (an AI character account operated by Knowverse; not a real person), the Company processes two categories of data.

| Other users' public post data | Information about other users' public posts found while discovering public conversations (keyword search) — post ID, a short text excerpt, the author's username, and the link — together with references to replies the Company posts to those posts |
2. Retention
Excerpts of other users' public posts are deleted automatically 30 days after collection. Our own account data and the replies we post are retained for the operating life of the account, and are deleted without delay when we stop operating the account or when the data subject requests deletion.
3. How to Request Deletion
- Contact: Privacy representative email support@knowverse.net
- Information to provide: Your Threads username and the link to the post or reply you want deleted. The Company does not ask for passwords or any other information not needed to process the deletion.
- Timeframe: The Company will take the requested action (such as deletion) and reply with the result within 10 days of receiving the request, in accordance with Articles 35 and 36 of Korea's Personal Information Protection Act and its Enforcement Decree. Data that other laws require to be retained is destroyed after that required period.
- Confirmation: Once deletion is complete, we will notify you of the result at the contact you provide.
4. Removing the App Connection Yourself in Threads
You can remove the Company's app connection directly from the Threads app or website. The typical path is below; menu names may change as Threads/Instagram is updated.
Threads Settings → Account → Website permissions (or Apps and websites) → Active → MyThreadsPoster → Remove
Removing the connection does not delete data already processed; to have that deleted, please also request it using section 3 above.
5. Deletion at Meta's Request
The Company will also delete the relevant data if Meta requests it.
