Terms of Service
These terms govern the purchase of digital products (checklists, templates, prompt packs, etc.) and paid advisory/technology due diligence services such as TechDD provided by Knowverse (the "Company") through knowverse.net and dd.knowverse.net. The Korean-language version at knowverse.net/terms.html is the governing text; this page is a summary for reference.

2. Services
The Company offers (a) digital content delivered electronically (checklists, templates, prompt packs), priced and described on the Products page, and (b) TechDD, a quote-based technology due diligence/advisory service described on the TechDD section. Final scope and pricing for TechDD are confirmed after consultation.
3. Orders and Payment
A purchase contract for digital content is formed once payment is completed through the site's electronic payment method or a designated external sales channel. Payments are processed by a licensed payment gateway; the Company does not store card details directly. TechDD engagements are formed upon quote issuance, the client's written (including email) acceptance, and confirmation of deposit or payment.
4. Withdrawal and Refunds
Under Korean consumer protection law (Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, Art. 17), buyers may generally withdraw within 7 days of purchase or receipt of content. Withdrawal may be limited once a digital download has been provided, provided this limitation was disclosed and agreed to before purchase. If content is defective (does not match its description, corrupted file, etc.), a full refund or replacement is provided regardless of this limitation. Refunds are issued via the original payment method, generally within 3 business days of confirming the withdrawal request. For TechDD, refund terms on cancellation follow the individual quote/agreement; fees for work already performed may be excluded.

5. User Obligations
Purchased digital content may not be copied, redistributed, resold, or shared with third parties without prior consent.
6. Disclaimer & Governing Law
The Company is not liable for service interruptions caused by events outside its control (e.g., outages at payment or email providers). These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Korean courts.
