他の分野も同様ですが、中国AIに関してはニュースが更新されるたびに毎回驚かされます。最近では、Cursorがkimi2.5モデルを使用したことが問題になりました。これは、中国のオープンソースがシリコンバレーでも認めるほどの性能を持っていることを示しています。しかし、中国は単にオープンソースで市場支配力を高める戦略だけを持っているわけではありません。中国のAI生態系は、そのよりもはるかに大規模で恐ろしいものです。
First, the timeliness of computing resource supply — the power grid and data center site are the real bottlenecks.
Second, transferring HBM leadership to NPU — the bridge from a memory powerhouse to a system semiconductor powerhouse must be built now.
Third, creating an environment for talent inflow rather than blocking outflow — a reputation that "working in Korea is the most challenging" must be established. It can't be done with just a salary.
Fourth, expanding the base of AX — it's not that five large corporations are doing well, but rather that 10,000 medium and small-sized enterprises are using AI, which will make Korea a true G3 country.
This is also the reality I face every day while operating Naver.
If China is building a huge wall, we must become a highway that stretches over that wall.
Closure is not the answer, but connection,
