Limits and privacy

Files may be up to 50 MB, or 10 MB for images, with ten free jobs per day. By default, conversion runs locally on the KNOWVERSE server without sending the file to an external processor. Choosing AI high-accuracy recognition sends the image, and the key-summary button sends the converted text, to an external AI service. Originals are deleted after processing and results after seven days.
